This software tool lets you create barcodes from within MS Office applications. It also lets you integrate the barcode creation functionality into any programs being developed.
This software tool lets you print barcodes in Microsoft Access, Word, or Excel. You do not have to be a programmer to do that. However, if you are a programmer developing Visual Basic, Visual C++, VB.NET, or C# programs that need barcode functionality to be included into the same, this tool will let you do that too. Several examples are included that makes integration easy. Several events are made available for ease of integration; these include Click, DblClick, MouseDown, MouseMove, MouseUp. You get a button on the toolbar and using hat in MS Word will let you create single barcodes, pages of labels, or mail merge documents. In Excel you could elect a range of cells and automatically convert each cell to a barcode and in Access creating reports with barcodes on them is easy too.
In addition to the above, you are able to create barcodes in web pages (ASP). The control uses vector graphics for easy readability with today’s scanners. A whole host of barcode standards are supported. You should check the publisher’s website to confirm that the one you need is indeed supported by the tool. You would be able to print human readable text for quick identification. It allows the use of any installed fonts for this purpose. These text and comments can be printed above and below the barcode. Horizontal alignment is adjustable; you may actually stretch this text across the complete width of the barcode. It is quite a powerful and handy tool with an interface that is easy to use through the tool bar buttons in the applications.
